I have always thought: Recruitment consultancy is only successful when you focus on one industry only. Increasing my focus on the candidates, the parter companies and “my industry”, must lead to better results. This is why I founded KARRIEREMACHER - my focus is on global law firms.
I know the company side very well from my experiences as an Operations Manager, gained over twelve years by working for Linklaters, Eversheds, BLD Bach Langheid Dallmayr and Regus.
Before that, I had a commercial position working at Kempinski and the marine expedition expert Hanseatic.
I have studied Business Administration at the Institute of Economic Sciences at the FernUniversität Hagen.
I am a recruiting consultant at KARRIEREMACHER. I operate on behalf of law firms as well as tax consultancy and audit firms.
I have worked for companies in this industry before, holding the same position at the recruiting consultancy company Schega & Nagel in Munich.
I studied Business Psychology where I focused on suitability diagnostics, human resources and occupational and organizational psychology.
